1. Service Description

PriceFeed Pro delivers real-time and historical market data through REST API and WebSocket connections, sourcing data from professional trading terminals across forex, metals, indices, and cryptocurrency instruments.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the confidentiality of your API keys.

Sharing API keys or reselling access without authorization is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Exceed subscription rate limits intentionally
  • Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Redistribute raw data feeds without permission
  • Perform load testing without prior approval

4. API Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has defined rate limits and symbol quotas.

Exceeding these limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429 responses). Persistent abuse may result in account suspension.

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Market data is provided "as-is" from connected trading terminals. PriceFeed Pro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data.

We are not a financial advisor and do not provide investment advice. Do not use the data as the sole basis for trading decisions.

6. Payment Terms

  • Billing is monthly or annual, processed via Stripe in USD
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period
  • Failed payments trigger automatic downgrade to the Free tier

7. Limitation of Liability

PriceFeed Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal. API access is revoked immediately upon termination.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
